2025 Distinguished Communicator of the Year

This year’s award will be presented to Greg Goldschmidt, Jr., Senior Director of Creative Services & Marketing Operations for Mount St. Joseph University. The award recognizes a local, Catholic communicator who demonstrates commitment to integrity, professionalism, fellowship and idealism. Throughout his eight years of service with the university, colleagues have noted his collaborative leadership and his commitment to promoting the Mount’s Catholic identity and mission.

The evening program will feature a presentation from Sister Karen Elliott, C.PP.S, a member of the Sisters of the Precious Blood community and author of the book Women in Ministry and the Writings of Paul. She will share insights from her experience with the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage in Spain through her presentation “Walking ‘The Way’ – Reflections on Spiritual Journeys and Evolving Vocations.”
